Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and making a video of unboxing is a must.

Your return/exchange request should be sent by email to svecchaa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us an opening Video of the Box and damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.

Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 2 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back to Sveccha at the below-mentioned address within 2 days.

The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.

The product being returned should not be purchased at discount.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 10 days.

Items that were damaged, defective, or sent in error might be eligible to return and get a replacement but after approval of Sveccha.

The cardholder’s account is managed by the card-issuing bank and thereby we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the amount being credited to the account. Depending on the bank, the time taken for the refund to be visible in the account may vary.
